6 Week BASIC online: $48

This package is aimed a beginner exerciser wanting home workouts, with body fat loss as a fitness goal. Your program will start and finsh with a fitness test, you will have access to our fitness app to track workouts. All your workouts are delivered via our training app, which can be accessed via smart phone, tablet or computer. Your contact with your trainer is limited to once a week. 


6 Week Online: $60 

This package is a little more tailored to your needs, be it home or gym based workouts. Fitness testing will start and finish your program. All your workouts are delivered via our training app, which can be accessed via smart phone, tablet or computer. This program includes basic nutrition support. Your trainer will respond to queries twice a week and make program amendments once a week. 


12 week FULL Online: $180

This package is completely tailored to your needs, be it home or gym based workouts. Fitness testing will start and finish your program. All your workouts are delivered via our training app, which can be accessed via smart phone, tablet or computer. This program includes basic nutrition support. In addition we will deliver you our weekly podcasts and Youtube 'Why?' to watch at your leisure plus you will have free access to our recorded educational seminars (usually $5 each to purchase). Your trainer will respond to queries within 24 hours (where possible, not accounting for weekends where this may be longer) and make amendments to your program if needed within 48 hours. 


Weekly Payment options 

The payment cycle is weekly, 6 x collections. 6 week basic - 6 x $8 / week, 6 week online - 6 x $10 / week, 12 week FULL - 6 x $30 / week.

About Melanie Ryding

Until 2005, I was very unfit, very overweight, and didn't do much exercise.

I did my first triathlon in 2007, then with the help of a coach, managed to earn a spot on the GB team for the 2009 World Triathlon Championships in Australia. I then represented Great Britain at European and World level for five consecutive years until injury forced me to retire in 2013.

During my racing career I spent 5 years on the GB team at European and World level, am a 2 x gold and 5 x silver medallist at NZ Master Games and was the 2013 South Island novice single sculls rowing champion.

I now own and run Ryding2Health Ltd, a fitness studio based in Invercargill, NZ that offers 1:1 and group personal training, group fitness and sports, therapeutic and relaxation massage on site. I have a team of four staff on site with a wide range of skills and backgrounds to ensure we can help you reach your goal, whatever it is.
